Such personal information collected is not used for any other purpose and is never disclosed to or shared with any third parties.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

How is data protected? To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online.

We recognize the particular importance of protecting privacy where children are involved. In accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information online from children under the age of 13, and no part of the website is structured to attract anyone under 13 to provide information. In addition, any minor under the age of 18 is required to provide parental contact information in order to review or request the deletion of their child’s information. If a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information online, we ask that a parent or guardian contact us via email at christine@christinehamrickphotography.com. We will remove the information and unsubscribe the child from any of our electronic marketing lists. 

Request Removal or Correction of Data You can correct factual errors in your information by sending a request detailing the error(s). To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
